You are
- A Public Cloud DevOps Engineer with an interest in, or knowledge of, Linux and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Bash, Terraform), seeking exciting and challenging projects.
- Passionate about Cloud, DevOps, Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift), GitOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform),
- Eager to work with platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
- Committed to continuous learning and exploring the possibilities of the Cloud.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and equipped with a critical and constructive mindset.
- Eager to develop yourself and thrive in a team environment.
- An excellent communicator.
- Proficient in Dutch/French and English.
- Willing to participate in a 24/7 standby service (via a shift rotation system).
These will be your responsibilities
- Design innovative cloud solutions together with our cloud architect.
- Implement customer cloud environments (IaC).
- Assist customer in migrating their workloads to containers and cloud service.
- Support our managed cloud customers.
- Reinforcing our 24/7 operations team.
What do you bring to this
- 2 Years of relevant experience in Public cloud / DevOps.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Windows- or Linux server and scripting, including tools like Terraform, Ansible, Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of, or certifications in, one or more of the following technologies would be a significant advantage: GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
